Why?
There is no such thing as a natural business owner.
Successful business owners and entrepreneurs are not born with an innate set of skills that produce business excellence and success. Great business owners work hard, practice, study, test, think, correct, and practice some more.
None are infallible or perfect, but all are committed to excellence and mastery of the game.
Attempting to win the game of business by trial and error is about the worst way to learn anything.
Trial and error is a strategy that is painful, slow, and expensive, and it rarely succeeds.
Running the wrong direction enthusiastically is unwise
It does no good to practice the wrong thing. Practice does not make perfect. Practice makes permanent.
To excel, we need a coach or an advisor to watch our swing and provide candid advice about what we are doing wrong and how we can do it better.
If you want to do better, you must get better.
People do not do better because they want to do better, they do better because they get better. You cannot achieve a new outcome without learning something new and practicing what you learned (probably outside your comfort zone).
A commitment to mastery (improving) is essential for excellence.
The people with the best life have the best choices.
People with a lousy life have lousy choices. If you want to improve your life, you need to create better choices.
Here's the key. . . . . you can have more than you've got because you can become more than you are. Nothing gets better until you get better.

About Jesse
I was raised in a divorced home, and from a young age, I had to learn how to navigate life with a sense of independence most kids don’t face early on. That experience shaped me. It taught me how to adapt, how to take responsibility, and how to solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to fix them. I became a natural problem solver—not by choice, but by necessity.
That mindset carried me into the next chapter of my life: enlisting in the United States Army. I chose a path of service, driven by a desire to be part of something greater than myself. The Army deepened my understanding of discipline, leadership, and the value of sacrifice. But more importantly, it revealed a deeper truth to me—the secret to living is giving.
With that realization, I made it my mission to serve beyond the uniform. I founded my coaching business to extend my reach, to help others transform their own lives, and to create the kind of positive impact that ripples outward. Every life I touch is part of that mission. My story isn’t just about overcoming—it’s about using what I’ve overcome to help others rise.
